Carnival Volunteer Opportunities

 

The Katy Elementary Carnival is one of the biggest and most fun events of the year. A lot of planning and prep work takes place prior to the event and the PTO relies heavily on volunteers to make the day of the event a successful and memorable one. We appreciate you volunteering.

Dates and Times are TBD If you are flexible and would like to help with misc. decor prior to the Carnival Event please sign up so that the PTO member coordinating these activities can reach out with further information. These opportunities will also bleed over on to the day of the event during set up.

Event
Concessions
Carnival will have on-site concession sales. Volunteers for concessions will assist in getting orders filled quickly.

Game Stations
Game stations will mainly be run by student volunteers. Adult volunteers are needed at games in which prizes are limited to (1) per player for the event and at the dunking booth to assist and monitor players throwing. Game Hall Monitors are simply to walk the game halls ensuring that games are stocked with prizes and to relieve student volunteers as needed for restroom breaks, etc.
